I feel so pathetic lol

The only games I have 1000g for is COD 4 and Forza Horizon 2 presents Fast and Furious. I usually don't care for getting every achievement but I thought since Microsoft is just handing me points for free I might as well capitalize of it lol.

I only got a few myself never cared about it the only thing thats a must for me is finishing a game i start

 

Bah, don't feel pathetic. Achievements can add value to games. And can also take away with ridiculous achievements such as Grand Theft Auto IV's flying rats. With that said easy games to achieve 100% can help the ol' gamer score from those games that
you perhaps didn't like and only got a few achievements in. That is how I view it

 

I go through phases where sometimes I care about gamerscore and other times I don't. One thing I wouldn't do is let them deter me from having fun with a game. I wouldn't not play a game if it had hard achievements. Believe it or not there are people that
do that.

 

Kudos for at least getting the "Mile High Club" achievement in CoD 4.

 

Ah no reason to feel pathetic..i only go for a full game completion if i truly love the game or love it enough to play through it numerous times while others although very rare i'm just happy with a game over screen. Also i agree with Egg as that Mile High
Club was no slouch so congrat's. I have a thing where i have to get at least over 300 gs in a game(minus arcade games) to feel it's good enough.

 

I like getting the 1000 on games I really love. Not every game needs 1000. Also depends if it's easy chevos like Forza FF. I'm still wondering how I did mile high club.. I tried so many times and one random day I decided to try it again and I got it my first
try with like .1 left on the clock.

 

Nothing like finishing close to, if not everything a game has to offer in my opinion.

Though I wouldn't let not finishing them make you feel pathetic, as long as you're having fun doing what you're doing! Also I was going to say the same thing Eggnogga did, nice on that mile high achievement!

 

If the game is fun and i have time i like to go back and pick up achievements if i can. That being said im most proud of my 1000g for COD2 and COD4. Mile High was attempted over 100 times before i got it.

 

I haven't 1000g many games. I aim lower and try for at least 50% on each game lol

 

@rippen - Lol, mile high is the only 1 I don't have for that game. And,,,, the only 1000 I have is phantasy universe.

 

I don't aim for achievements in any game these days. Used to be super obsessed by them but not any more. I'll never get the combat simulator achievement in Mass Effect 3 because I hate the combat in that game.

 

@redeye I nearly gave up on it many times. It's all about the flash bangs in the right spot.
