I feel like Xbox just treats me like dirt. After being with the company for over 10 years.

all that happens now on Xbox is me playing something like Rainbow Six Siege and guys/kids come on and kill me on the same team, report me, and just because I've been banned previously Which I have accepted the ban, Im instantly liable for another ban. It's
honestly ridiculous now and all Xbox is now is false reports made on other people and Xbox just banning left right and centre. Honestly, I'm at the point now where I've realised Xbox only want me and others for money, and don't really care about individual
issues or customer care. Its sad really RIP xbox community. It's been interesting playing Xbox when I was younger and having great memories with a great expierances, then slowly watching greediness and the slow dissolving of Xbox's customer care. Can't event
put in a case review because they don't even bother to get back to you and the website isn't working so I might as well cancel my xbox live and go to PlayStation, seems to be the best way forward for most gamers now.

Wow I can't believe you put this on the UK forums, I like the one that says Microsoft always asking you to pay for and they don't help you with your problems on Xbox live.

They treat me like dirt and they never help me out at all.

Best thing people can do with organisations like this is not buy anything from them.

Sorry you feel that way. You can still file a case review one all of Microsoft's services are fully functional. As for PlayStation, I am hearing for others that Sony is doing the same thing to enforce their Terms of Use rule too. I would recommend that
as a reminder you review the Code of Conduct no remind one's self as to what to be careful for while playing the game. I know it easy to forget but everyone need to remind themselves as to what they had agreed to when signing up for using this service. No
mater who you decide is your next gaming platform, please be careful to protect yourself and follow their code of conduct as best as possible at all times.

I joined xbox late 2010 and some call me smiley k i was cute 4 years ago but sometimes it feels like theyre treating me like a 10 year old. I still wont change my gt becausr ive lived through it. They allow us to change it but you gotto give them $$ to do
it.

I only buy a used game if its dirt cheap, or if its an older game no longer being sold in stores new. The dirt cheap ones are usually stuff I get off a friend, that is pretty rare though. As for the older stuff, I don't have a few hundred dollars to spend
on a sealed copy of a 10 year old game and would rather spend the used rate of $10-15. Its not like the company is profiting off the new copy anyway.
