I feel like I was Scammed

On my Xbox One, I saw a ad for 3 months of Live Gold 40% off. I added more money to my account to cover the sale price and went to buy it. I selected the 3 months (showed me the sale price) then when I hit extend it brought me to the select payment screen
and the only option was add a credit card, It didn't shown my account balance.

I don't leave my card on file because EVERYONE gets hacked sooner or later. But I added it back in, Now that my card is on file the 3 months gold is full price, That was a really sleazy move!!! I can't afford the 3 months at full price. Now I select the
one month until l I can get a few checks in for my new job (I was out of work for 8 months) Now it won't let me select my account balance to pay for it. I've been on Xbox since day one and service & support have been great, But this feels like a scam!!!!

Can I get some help & an explanation please?

I would try calling a few more times and ask to speak to a supervisor. They charged you for older technology that is more likely to break when they should have replaced it with the exact same model. I had issues with the first 2 replacements that MS sent
me after my original one had the RROD and they ended up sending me a brand new console, which was a Falcon at the time. I think it lasted maybe 2 years before the disc drive failed.

I only partially agree with you. I agree with you that the Xenon's and Zephyr's are defective but not the Falcons.

If according to you that the Falcons are defective then please tell me what the hell is keeping my 4 year old over used and over abused 60GB FALCON going?

Also according to other forums I have been on I am not alone in having a working Falcon.

Since that is not a Rewards program issue, this is the wrong forum. However, gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card in a store. It has never been possible to use the currency on your account to purchase gold.
The system is not set up to work with recurring subscriptions.

Hello, I would return it to wherever you purchased it from if your not happy with it! You have to make sure your still within the return period though.

Some achievements have more than one requirement to complete to obtain an achievement. You will need to read carefully under the description of the achievement or search the internet for additional information about the achievement. If the achievement is indeed not properly being awarded, you will need to contact the developers of the game for a fix. If you received an achievement, keep in mind it may take Microsoft Rewards up to an hour or two to update. Good luck with the new but just keep in mind, all of the old "fat" Xbox 360's will die just by someone looking at funny. If you can find yourself a Xbox 360 S for cheap (and new with a HDD), I would highly recommend it. That is
if you plan on keeping for a while longer.
