i feel like i got scammed!! buy forza horizon 3

hello! so i buy the forza horizon ultimate edition and i start upp the game and play but when i level upp there is no vip wheelspin and i cant accses to the vip cars!! and asked in the suooirt how i can fix that problem but they sad that i need to refound
and rebuy the game then reset it from the start! can i get help buy refounding or can you just refound if to mee with out mee trying to learn how to do it! thx

I feel like I was Scammed

On my Xbox One, I saw a ad for 3 months of Live Gold 40% off. I added more money to my account to cover the sale price and went to buy it. I selected the 3 months (showed me the sale price) then when I hit extend it brought me to the select payment screen
and the only option was add a credit card, It didn't shown my account balance.

I don't leave my card on file because EVERYONE gets hacked sooner or later. But I added it back in, Now that my card is on file the 3 months gold is full price, That was a really sleazy move!!! I can't afford the 3 months at full price. Now I select the
one month until l I can get a few checks in for my new job (I was out of work for 8 months) Now it won't let me select my account balance to pay for it. I've been on Xbox since day one and service & support have been great, But this feels like a scam!!!!

Can I get some help & an explanation please?

Since that is not a Rewards program issue, this is the wrong forum. However, gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card in a store. It has never been possible to use the currency on your account to purchase gold.
The system is not set up to work with recurring subscriptions.

 

I also got scammed, I have talked to 10 different Microsoft and XB agents to try and resolve my license key I paid $100 for. This has been the biggest fail of a release I have ever witnessed. I can personally guarantee I will never purchase a game by Microsoft
or any XB console or game. Microsoft has proved to me they do not care about me as a customer or else I would have to take 14 hours of my own personal time to get this issue resolved.
