I feel like I deserve some compensation

I just spent an hour rectifying a double charge issue with online billing. I was double charged on three or four separate occasions for Xbox Live services and this would have continued until I checked my Xbox Purchase history online. The billing guy helped
me with the refund but after wasting an hour and being double charged (more than once) I absolutely expect to be compensated. The billing department sent me here to request compensation as they said they don't directly interact with other aspects of Microsoft
support teams. Financial mistakes are huge, y'all are trusted with my account information and you broke that trust (apparently, several times) and to remain an Xbox customer (my friends rock ps4's now), I expect some kind of recompense for the mistake. Doesn't
matter if it's a title game that's been out for a while like For Honor or a good chunk of free subscription for Groove/Live or something (title game ideally obv) but I for sure need something to feel like a valued customer again or I'll be cancelling my Groove
and Xbl subscriptions and going to PlayStation's camp. I love you guys but this was a huge mistake and I really feel like I've been abused as a customer.

Sorry you're having so many issues with your Xbox console. For any kind of reimbursement request those would need to go through support. No one on the forums is going to be able to help you with something like that. I don't know if they can reimburse you
for anything, but if you wanted reimbursement like that they would be the only people that could help you (if possible).

With the Xbox issues, if you want to troubleshoot those, then by all means let us know, and the community can try to help you get your issues ironed out. Just let us know!

Why I Deserve Compensation

I was told that when I purchased an Xbox One, not only would it require a Kinect but it would be better with Kinect. My Xbox used to freeze so, on a hunch, I disabled my Kinect. Now it works perfectly and loads system elements faster. You could tell me a
million reasons why this isn't the case but I can see it for myself. Sometimes its voice commands are spotty at best and it's not like I have an accent or anything. This E3 I was expecting to see a core gamer's use for Kinect but there isn't one. I got shafted
out of a hundred and fifty dollars because I'm literally never going to use this thing.

I was recently playing Halo and a kid that got zero kills invited me to a game. i wanted to "open the guide" and decline the invite and what does it do? It makes me join the game.

YouTube buffers incessantly when you fast forward through a video for too long and it's annoying when I'm looking at collectible videos for my games and I get kicked out of the thing and have to wait through about two or three minutes of holding my right
trigger hoping it won't freeze again.

Xbox Live core services used to go down all the time when I first played Xbox One. Now it seems like you couldn't anticipate the server load of Gears of War coming to Xbox One and it crashed the entirety of Xbox Live on Xbox One.

I believe I deserve compensation for this because I would have spent that hundred and fifty dollars on Xbox Live instead of a Kinect. Now Bank of America switched over to Ameris and Live wouldn't accept my debit card since the switch. Now I literally can't
get Gold after my trial from Halo 4 I had lying around expires. I want a year of Xbox Live. That's more than reasonable since it literally costs you nothing close to what you make off of it to maintain. Gold should be free anyway. If you want a PC gamer like
myself (I also play console games) to take Xbox seriously you have to make Gold free. Steam costs you literally nothing as do all of the other PC hubs for playing games that aren't MMOs. If you want to win the Xbox 360 crowd and the PS4 crowd you should give
people a reason to come over.

If I could buy Gold I would, trust me. I hope I don't miss any more Games With Gold that I really would like to play. I should just switch back to PC games and wait for Gears and Halo to hit Windows 10 where I won't have to pay a cent to play them online.
