I feel i Was WRONGLY BANNED

I feel that i was wrongly banned on my account. i know i am banned for communication till july 4th but the second banned should have been made on the same day the first one was made. the past 2 years of me being on xbox have been horrible everytime i turn
around im getting reported and getting banned for nothing. im never really in game chat always a party yes i will admit that i do send people messages that can be taken the wrong way and even have bad language but that is who i am. if they cant deal with it
then they shouldnt be aloud online because theyre are worse people on the xbox than me and they never get banned. im getting so close to selling my xbox and just going to buy a psn.

I got banned for cheating however, I cannot help finding a match in black ops 2 and joining a lobby that gives xp also it gives 1 level or xp then kicks you so you don't even have enough time to react as you join then are kicked instantly, shouldn't you
be banning the modders and not the people affected by then such as myself this is the 2nd time this has happened and it needs sorting. You banning system is awful

To be suspended you need to be file a report

And yes it doesn't excuse your behaviour

It doesn't matter if you only party chat you must be rated e for everyone regardless of other excuses

You alone are responcible for your own actions this you learn in life

You can file a case review at enforcement.xbox.com but most likely will be upheld

You must be rated e for everyone and that's a universal rule

 

im a grown adult if parents wernt buying there kids these console where they can get on and talk to mature people who swear and like to have fun and be subjected to this kind of language. i do not care that i get banned for communication its the fact that
i got banned the next day for harrasment abuse and threats cmon i did not threaten anyone or harrass anyone that claim is strait wack. ive already gotten intouch with my lawyer about this and they agree that it unfair to a consumer who has rights under the
constiution to have the right to free speech even if the company has policies that say other wise. that it is against the law to break someones constitutional right. i was fine with the ban till the 4th but adding on 2 more days. this also impacts my job that
i can no longer stream to make a income until the 6th unless yall are gunna pay for that to.

 

Everybody who uses the Xbox services is subject to the
Xbox Code of conduct and when a complaint is made if either side is found to have breached this then an Enfocement action may be taken against them by Microsoft.

 

You're a grown adult & you can't follow a simple set of rules,even though you agreed to follow them when you started your account.

Your right to "free speech" etc does not apply to xbox live.Your so called lawyer would of told you this

It's pretty clear the issue here is you.

If you can follow the rules you agreed to then maybe it's you who shouldn't be aloud online.

By the way,the rules are exactly the same on PSN.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
