I feel i got unlawfully banned or target banned

I was playing rainbow six whit a friend trying to be left alone and this person decided to spam invite me to parties after i told him i didn't want to join. He proceeded to inv the enemy team and tell them to harass me then inv me 60 times in under a minute, but because I had a profile pic that look somewhat bad i got a ban ( also i looked at the enforcement teams on it and the most you could make get it on was a potential sexual reference if seen out of context)? But he didn't a ban he also targeted me on Xbox because I'm a furry, and this has happened so many times and Microsoft doesn't do a thing about them even after numerous reports. I also have pics of all the chats proving I'm not lying about my side. Anything i could do other then file an appeal?

Sorry this has happened to you the only thing you can do rn is appeal that ban and get your account back through this link: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-us/

If people send you messages again that you don't want you could always just block them by going to the option in message, or on their account and report them if you think they did something against the terms of service or Community standards

Once your banned, it's almost impossible to be unbanned although if your banned on a third party it might be possible for unban depending on the support and service.
