    Thanks for the update. If you haven't already, please review this support article regarding

    troubleshooting Xbox one controllers    . We recommend starting off by updating your controller:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, choose System>Settings>Devices & streaming>Accessories, and then select the controller you want to update.
    2. Select Device info, select the Firmware version box, and then select Continue.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    I don't have a second controller, it works when I plug it in, I don't really know the difference between disconnecting and turning off. I thoight it was turning off as I had to press the xbox button so it will turn on. Also I thought to mention this, It
    started turning off after I use the remote on the xbox app. It was the first time I used it

    Is your controller turning off or losing connection? Also, I have to ask if you have a second controller that does work on your system.? Lastly, does the controller work if you plug it into the Xbox with a micro-USB cable?
