I am not a new game pass member, but without trying to sound clever, how would Pringles know that I have been a member before? Either way, the code should have still sent to my email successfully and then if the code did not redeem from Xbox then I would’ve understood the issue.

According to the Pringles website, once you redeem the batch code it should take you to a separate page where it would tell you if you had won the grand prize (ie. the xbox, controller or headset I believe) and if you hadn’t won this said prize, you were given the option to select the 1 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. However, this whole step completely skipped for me as I was taken directly to a page where it told me that there was an error, so naturally I reloaded the page and re-entered the code again, where it tells me I have already entered today and should “try again later”.

It would be nice if I could enter it but when I try the link it says windows live ID wants me to enter the code that they sent to my e mail address, but they ain't sent me one. I've tried the resend code button but still waiting. Doh!

I get the message "Verification code : Invalid value entered" when entering the code. And I am 110% sure that I entered it correctly. I can accept that they are having issues but what really pisses me off is that they don't acknowledge it and would rather
have me assume I did something wrong. The page where you enter the code and the page with the error message should both warn that you may receive an erroneous error message.

I bought the game and when I enter the pass code it give a message that says " This code isn't valid. Please enter a valid code. I went back to the shop and they gave me a new code and still when I connect on line and enter the code the same message comes
on so what do i need to do here ?
