I entered the code, but the game does not download

I bought a new XBOX ONE with him was a game

Hi there, i have entered my code and download the content but it still does not appear in game. I even go to download history and re-download it over and over and it still does not work. Any chance of a new code?? thaks

Game does not appear in my windows store list of games

I bought a game code for sea of thieves and I entered it on the microsoft website, the code was valid but I can't download my game It does not appear in the windows store

Have you checked the Ready To Install area in My Games & Apps (far right of the Games area)?

You can also check to be sure the code redeemed by going to xbox.com, sign into your account, go to your profile, then click on My Games. All purchased or redeemed games and content will appear there.

I would also be sure that your account has 2 security proofs that are different from the email you use to sign in to your account. You can update your security proofs by following the steps here:

support.xbox.com/.../add-security-contact-information

I remember buying games from Eb games / Gamestop when it first comes out and entering a code to get extra stuff for the game. Will buying digital download correct that where I just get to download it and not enter the code because it is a digital download

What error message/code do you receive when you try entering the code? Does your account region match your physical location? That game is region locked. So in order to download it, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to
be in a region where the game is available for download.

No i had entered the code the day the game released and it never downloaded or showed up. I had deleted the beta from my console a few days before i entered the code
