    I entered a code for a game, it's not in my games


    I entered a code in the store for Minecraft Builders Pack that came with my new Xbox one s. It accepted it....then I got an error code and it said to try again later. (I didn't know I was supposed to write the code down)

    It's not in my games or available to download.

    I went into store and re-entered the code, and it says the code has already been redeemed.

    Please help. This is my grandsons Christmas gift and I wanted it to be all set and ready to go and with all the games.

    wrong code Call of Duty Black Ops 2

    I bought the game Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and this game came with a card that had an code, when I entered the code it appeared an error code Xbos-0x80153005 it's an error code of region but my region it's right

    Bogus code COD AW in unopened Console Box?

    Hello @TKill777,

    It seems the code you entered was a 14-day trial code. Have you checked the box to make sure you have entered all the codes that came with your console? As usually with Digital games you get a card with the games download code and a 14-day trial.

    It's possibly you just missed the code for the game somewhere and only entered the 14-day trial code.

    One of the things I'm not sure about though is whether you get the pre-order stuff if you've already started a game before you entered the code. I would imagine that once you enter the code, any new game started after that would have the pre-order stuff.
    I entered my code before I started my first game.

    I got Fifa15 ultimate edition, and started using it after entering the code presented with the game, and started my origin profile and made some progress with the game via my profile, now i want to delete my origin profile and re-issue another origin account
    to use it with my gamer-tag, if i will delete my current origin account, will i have problem when start using my current Fifa15 Game CD, as the code might not be able to re-enter again??

    Or will i be able to re-enter same code again? Please advise

    I entered my code through the "Redeem Code" Xbox guide menu option first and it didn't take. It said "Invalid". I then read the little flyer and read "enter coupon code under content in the in-game menu.
