I earned an Achievement and it did not add to my Gamerscore

I was playing Elder Scrolls: Oblivion and finished the last Achievement. When you go into the game's achievement screen it shows 60/60 completed. Yet on the main achievement screen it says 59/60 and 1200/1250. Since the achievement has popped I can't earn
it again and get it to add to my gamer score. I have tried empting my system cash and re-downloading my profile but it did not work. I contacted support and they said they could not do anything and to post on the forum to get it resolved. So how do I fix the
problem so the achievement will add to my Gamerscore..

Question About My Gamerscore

Yes I did play the games before the correction was issued. Why can you not re-earn achievements that you earned before the correction? They reset my gamerscore, so I try to earn it back but I am not allowed to?

This explains why my GS keeps going back down, but it does not make logical sense. If I legitimately earned the achievement why should I not get the gamerscore for it?

Valiant Hearts achievement unlocked but not adding to Gamerscore

Hi,

Yesterday I was playing Valiant Hearts on Xbox One. At the time my Gamerscore was 31,000. I earned two achievements (They'll All Be Remembered, worth 200 points, followed by Healing Hero, worth 60 points). I earned Healing Hero at about 8 pm. After my achievements
unlocked I noticed that strangely my Gamerscore was still 31,000. I left it and this morning checked again. My Gamerscore is now 31,200. So it looks like They'll All Be Remembered got added to my Gamerscore but Healing Hero did not. Healing Hero shows as unlocked
everywhere I checked (Xbox One, Xbox.com, Xbox One Smartglass). And it shows I've got 20/20 achievements and 1000/1000 Gamerscore for the game but my total Gamerscore only accounts for the 19 other achievements.

Any Ideas?

If re-downloading your XBL account did not resolve this issue, then it might be that the achievement was not synced yet. Just be patient and it'll sync to your account.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and being super detailed. As I look at your achievement profile for

Oblivion, I'm also seeing what you're describing. Thank you for trying out some troubleshooting steps and letting us know what you did.

Waiting a little bit longer, as Okami Ryouko suggested above, is what I would recommend next. Since the last achievement unlocked in this game was 4 days ago, waiting another 3 days while trying to unlock other achievements could possibly
help resolve this issue. If in 3 days you're not seeing a difference, please post back here and we'll go from there. Thanks!!
