I.E. messed up

Discus and support I.E. messed up in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was on a site and a pop up said I have a virus and call a 1-800 number I closed the I.E. app and the pop up was still there I shut the console down...     I was on a site and a pop up said I have a virus and call a 1-800 number I closed the I.E. app and the pop up was still there I shut the console down and same thing it wont let me do anything in the app

    I was playing COD MW2 just now and all of a sudden there were 3 players with unrealistic multiplayer scores like 6437 and then when the game started I tried to play and the game freaked out and I lost all of my levels, I turned my Xbox off and tried again
    then it said my progress was from an earlier version and I had to restart, even tho I was just on the game with my levels, I want to play still but I can't restart from level 1 again someone help

    I.E. messed up

    Say X Box, select, address bar, then go to a different address. Or just uninstall, then reinstall. I wouldn't recommend calling the number. Lol.
