I.E constantly crashing.

Hi,

I.E will crash frequently on Xbox one. Im not in the preview program and I have a decent internet connection.

It cant seem to handle sites like den of geek where they have ads on the side. Its not acceptable that this all in 'one' system with 8gb ram can be out performed by a mobile phone.

Crashing all the time

Constantly crashing games most of the time I have no game sound

 

Problem when changing gamertag, Error# 8013AB07

only website, on my Android the Xbox app is constantly crashing (not usable).

 

Can I have some support? You asked me to create a new thread after locking the last and then it just gets ignored.

Whats being done about this?

Does this issue occur only the website mentioned in your original post, or all websites? How long does it usually take for the app to crash?

When this issue occurs, I definitely recommend starting out by power cycling your Xbox One console. If the issue persists, you can try removing your profile and sign it back in to see if that does the trick.

Be sure to post back with those details!

 

It happens alot. It will freeze up and after 5-10 seconds and then crash back to the dashboard. Ive tried the above steps but it hasnt helped. It happens on most websites with ads on.

Factory Restoring your Xbox One console, however I strongly recommend holding out for the NXOE update coming out in 6 days to see if that clears up any issues so that we can avoid restoring your Xbox One console.

It doesnt crash but it still struggles with certain pages. My phones browser still performs better. I dont understand how this all in one machine has a horrible browser.

Anyway you can lock this thread now as there is no fault just a very poor browser.
