    I Can't Access My Download History

    Just as the title says.

    I tried on my console and I tried on the website, but on the console it tells me that I'm not connected to the internet (which it is connected) or my storage device is not in properly (which it is) and the website tells me I have found a glitch. All this
    came about when I downloaded The Giant in WWE 2K14 in the WWE Shop. Even in the game it tells me (after I downloaded him) that the "Downloadable Content List failed to load" each time I try to access it. I've already contacted 2K about the in-game problem,
    but the Download History is on Microsoft's head.

    What gives?

    Previously bought content no longer showing as bought or previously downloaded.

    Sorry to hear it. If the full game does not show up in your download history (Settings>Accounts>Download History on the Xbox 360) then perhaps it was originally purchased and downloaded using a different gamertag.

    You can check your past purchases at commerce.microsoft.com. That website shows all purchases made on your account since it was created.

    Thanks for your post. If you've already installed the YouTube application in the past, be sure to check your Xbox Live download history on your console. On that list, all applications and games downloaded in the past, here's how to access it:

    View your Xbox Live download history    .

    Until now I wasn't aware I could check this history on the website lol. Both downloads show up on the website but not on the console, but now that I can add them to my download queue from here I consider my issue resolved! Thanks!

    If the console check your billing history

    If on the website delete profile only and download your profile again

    The game does not show up on my download history on the console. I've checked the game on the website and it's even more money to play it than it is on the console. If I can't get the game back I would at least like the $10 or so that I bought it for as
    Xbox credit on my account.
