You can only link one account:

You can't do anything...once it's linked, it can't be changed:

Generally, when you play a Microsoft game on the Playstation, you will be prompted that you need to associate an account with it, and all you need to do is sign in to your Microsoft account (you will need to enter your account and password) in order to play the game.

once linked it is forever, you can unlink but only re link to the same account, this is a sony requirement, nothing can be done.
