I downloaded a game from Xbox 360 and it doesent work.

Discus and support I downloaded a game from Xbox 360 and it doesent work. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 on the xbox 360, but everytime i try to download it comes up as an unkown game that is corrupted.     I downloaded a game from Xbox 360 and it doesent work.


    I bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 on the xbox 360, but everytime i try to download it comes up as an unkown game that is corrupted. Please help

    ok so i have the white xbox and i have cod4 downloaded to my hard drive but when i play the game it says the the disc is unreadable its a brand new disc just bought it a week ago dont know why it dosent work oh and i download it on my friends xbox i just
    brought my game a hard drive to his house downloaded it there and i come back to my house and it dosent work help! i can record a vid if u want me too

    Hi! Did you try using a different hard drive? It's also worth a try to reset your internet router by completely unplugging it for five minutes.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Does an error code com along with that message? Have you tried to

    delete and reinstall the game    ? Please take note that in order to play original Xbox games on an Xbox 360, you will need an official xbox 360 hard drive.

    Such as downloading it to the xbox internal memory.

    Usually corruption errors like this are caused by faulty/damaged hard drives (usually bad sectors)

    Try deleting some extra data from the console, preferably more than the games download size then try redownloading it.
