I downloaded a game, and I am unable to fully play them.

I had enough money to buy Mafia 2, and so I did. Except in the second chapter, or second mission, where you need to go meet your mother and sister, you need to walk through the door to their apartment. I looked on Youtube, and that door will be highlighted,
and you will be given a prompt to enter the building. However, I cannot enter that door. It appears as a normal texture and will give no prompt.

I've also have had troubles with Test Drive Unlimited 3, where in the first race, the game will freeze. I've tried restarting the game, re-downloading it 10+ times, and yet it still has these problems.

Mafia 2 was a very long download, so I turned off my console and let it download overnight. I don't think this would have to do with any thing, but I have a feeling it will be.

What do I do? Re download it? Or have I wasted another 20 dollars?

I cannot finish updates.

I am having problems updating games. In the past, i downloaded them no problem. Now, i am unable to do so, even with small downloads (4 MB, and 19 MB). It started with a 19 MB Black ops update. It would never finish. Then i deleted the system cache and i'm
unable to play any game fully updated and online. Please help.

So weeks ago.... I purchased and then fully Downloaded this new Halo collections ***. 730 this morning i woke up expecting to play halo. 8am completed ANOTHER 59.02 GB download. still unable to play. as of 12:52 pm. I have downloaded An additional
12 GB worth of something. what is this something? and why have I had to redownload the game AND patch??? any idea's?

 

Try clearing your cache (support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache) and then have another go at downloading it.

Also make sure that there aren't any other objectives you need to complete before this door becomes usable. It could be that you need to do something else before you can progress to this bit...

 

This worked perfectly! I also noticed that the download size was slightly bigger, which is most likely the missing assets that allowed me to do things like walking through doors.
