i download a update onto my USB and it still wont work

I downloaded a update onto my USB as I couldn't connect to Xbox live. I started the update and a message came up saying cant process the update. status code 42FE-4467-1600-267F-C000-0185.i tried it and it Sayed the code didn't exist.so now I cant play any
of my games because they need the update!

Do you have a Xbox ONE? The same thing just happened to me! I couldn't download the update to my xbox from my internet, so I went to the store and bought a flash drive just so I could install offline. After the flash drive didn't work I troubleshooted through
everything and finally they tell me I have to send my xbox in! Apparently I don't have a warranty anymore so I have to pay $115 for a new one. Can't even keep my Xbox and play offline.

I also had my friend try to download my account and it worked on his xbox so he transferred it onto a usb stick and thats how i got my account on my xbox because it wont download it onto mine.
