    I don't want to pay using my dedbet card...


    I don't want to give my info I notice that there has been changes.....and I hate it I want to use gift cards instead it's easier and I don't have to worry but NOW both my Microsoft account and Xbox are asking for my info now. I want the the old way back I don't want to give out my card info.

    I don't use pay pal I don't see why I have to have a credit card on my account to download FREE stuff FREE is FREE there is no reason why I should have a credit card or pay pal on my account after all the stuff I want to download is FREE. Maybe MS should

    So what exactly is the problem with me paying for this using the credit on my account?

    I put the money on there so its authorised to be used on my account. I don't want a recurring bill so I should be able to pay for it with this or be allowed to remove the money so I can buy the pre-paid card.

    All I want to do is use the money on my account to pay for Xbox live gold but it seems I am not allowed to spend my money on what I want. Another disasterous decision by MS.

    You need to request a call back from the phone support first.

    They are the only ones who can help you with that issue.

    But cause of corona and holidays you sure need some patience !

    Thanks, but i still have a balance to pay but i don't want to use my banking info. Is there a way i can pay off the debt i have with another prepaid visa or master card? I shouldn't have been charged the amount xbox says i owe.
