    Xbox Music Pass - Wrongfully Charge

    Hello, I've been a member for a couple of months now and it seems that I have a problem with the Xbox Music Pass. Despite not accepting any contract, form or any sort of agreement that I want an Xbox Music Pass, it still charges me on a monthly basis. I
    have not bought the Xbox Music Pass before, yet it still constantly charges me. Please, cancel it now! I am being wrongfully charged for something I never even bought! My email:
    MOD REMOVED. I don't care about a refund, I just don't want to be charged for no reason anymore!

    Hi

    I had a notification for a free trial for game pass but when I go to sign up through my Xbox it wants to charge me $10.95 straight away. If I try to do it through the Microsoft/Xbox website it keeps coming back with an error.

    If you are attempting to get a refund for the Game Pass subscription charge then I would recommend going through the

    Request Refund Form     to submit the request for the refund.
