I don’t want my child to be able to download browser apps to ****

I’m trying to prevent my child from accessing porn on Xbox. I have the rating filtering at E for everyone, but that’s exactly what some of the third party browser ratings are set to. So even though he can’t download more mature content, those apps are rated very lightly and he can easily download them and ****. Is there a way to prevent this?
