I don't understand why my game won't launch, can someone help?

- Have you tried restarting your console and checking for any updates?

- When did this issue start happening? Was it after a specific event, such as installing or uninstalling another game or app?

- Do you have an active subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC?

- Are you able to launch other games or apps that are downloaded from the Game Pass or the Store?

- Do you see any error codes or messages besides the one you mentioned?

In the meantime, please try the following steps to see if they help:



- Restart your console and check for any updates.

- Go to Settings > Account > Manage devices and make sure your console is set as your home Xbox.

- Go to Settings > Network > Network settings and test your network connection.

- Go to My games & apps > Full library > All owned games and find Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony Anniversary Edition. Select Manage game & add-ons and check if there are any updates or add-ons that need to be installed.

- If none of the above steps work, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Don't worry, you won't lose your progress or save data as they are stored in the cloud. To uninstall the game, go to My games & apps > Full library > All owned games and find Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony Anniversary Edition. I don't understand. I bought the content why won't it allow me to download it to my flash drive so that I can put it on my XBox?

Yes, right when the game is launched and all of my games are fully updated. I don't understand why my gamerscore will not recognize a new game either and add it too my history...
