I don't understand why im being told I have 6059 credits when the small bar shows I have 850 ...

my total earnings are 6050 credits but the above bar says I have 850/5000, why is this? also how can I convert the 6900 I should have? I have also completed a survey this month and are awaiting a rise in balance.

Gold payed for but not received

Can someone please tell me how to get my credit from Microsoft for a 2nd 850 gold pack that I did not get. I got email from W.O.T that Microsoft has fixed problem and gave everyone affected 850 in gold but would have to get a credit for any other payed for
from Microsoft. I did get the fist 850 pack from Microsoft but when I go to account billing they say I have to go to a rewards forum?

Lost credits

Hello

It check and i lost many credits that wasn't used. when the whole prize thing happens i didn't get enough credits as i was told instead its small. I demand to have 100,000 credits to make up for prize crash as it caused problem as these credits would acceptable.

Your lifetime credits earned is the total number of credits you've earned since joining the program. It includes any credits that have already been deposited as well as any that are still pending. So that means you have previously received a deposit of 5200
credits. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site will show you when the deposit took place and you can verify the deposit at Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Survey credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you complete the survey.

I can confirm Smwutches response. The 6050 amount is your lifetime Credits. This is a total of all the Credits on your account, pending and deposited.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you the exact reason.

Any report filed against you has to be investigated which takes time so you were suspended for something you did before your other suspension started.

The only place to contact the enforcement team is via a case review which you have already done.

The are under no obligation to give you the specifics,only what they have already told you.

I have just been declined as well and I have no credit issues and cannot understand why i was declined for what is relatively small credit.

I take it from your thread above you have heard of many people being declined?

I would have thought for the UK clients, Microsoft would have chosen a UK financier?
