I dont understand my ban

If your appeal is unsuccessful, we advise you to learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time. We also suggest that you do NOT retaliate towards offensive players, as in doing so, you will likely be seen, as just as bad as the other person
causing the problems. Please use the block, mute and report a player functions, via Xbox Live profiles.

I was suspended for 24 hours for responding to someone in abbreviations. Enforcement team please give me an answer to why you think you are justified to making this suspension, and also prove to me that you aren't just ai's responding to any report
with out giving a review of the situation. And if you ARE reviewing the situation please let me know that you are pinpointing who STARTED the conversation, if there was continuous replies, also giving out fair justice if the same person reporting is also
harrassing that person reported as well. LET ME REPEAT. I was suspended for abbreviations. This is ridiculous. If you cant send abbreviations with out punishment then why the hell dont you just leave us alone and expect the player to mute or block the
person if they are going to be kids and report - and get their way. This is not fair. Enforcement team you need to respond with a legit answer cause i am baffled by your decision. I sent abbreviations, the other player also sent abbreviations.

Just a note here, they don't care who started it, your response is your responsibility. The other party reported your response, which is what you should have done in the first place to avoid the ban.
