I dont think my rewards keeping up with purchase

I bought 3 movies and 1 game since the new year and I don't think my rewards are keeping up with my purchase?????

Points not being added

Good day i have been making purchases and the reward points or rebates have not been added to my account. Neither has it added to my VIP rank thus keeping me at rank 0. Can anyone help with this?

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. If you
are eligible for rebates, they are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month so it would be too soon to see credits pending for January purchases.

 

I am at 5 Star vip. And I know they don't give out rewards until the, but I (around)15 of each month, but I made the purchase last month, and I am still waiting??????

 

Since it's only the 4th, it's still too early to see credits pending for January purchases.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We just calculated the month's MyVIP, so it was too early to see the Credits pending. We see that you have been awarded the proper amount of payback for your purchases.
