    I don't think my friend shoul've been banned.


    My friend got banned yesterday for an inappropriate gamerpic that never went live. Please change this rule since it is stupid that because it went live he still got banned. I don't think he should've
    been banned because he had never posted something lewd before, he did it as a joke but they still banned, I don't think that should happen. Thank you for listening.

    Users are responsible for any content they submit on Xbox Live, regardless of who ultimately sees it. Your friend is welcome to review the Xbox Live Code of Conduct (and notice that there are no exceptions for doing something "as a joke") and submit a
    case review at the
    Enforcement website    .

    I don't think my friend shoud've tried to upload the picture but they took away all communication features, some which had nothing to do with posting images. I only found out through Discord. I just want to be able to talk to him.
    Submitting pictures is creating content on Xbox Live, which includes the chat and messaging systems.

    Unfortunately there is nothing that thr Forum staff, the Ambassador team or Xbox Support can do regarding actions taken by the Enforcement team. If a case review has already been done there is.nothibg further that can be done. I'm sorry but your friend
    will have to wait out the duration of his suspension. I wish we had better news. I'm sorry.
