    I have been a reward member for quite some time, but I haven't accumulated many rewards. I don't think I'm receiving credit for all of my digital purchases. I could be wrong, but if I'm not, how can I correct this and can I get credit for everything I've
    purchased but haven't received credit for? Thank you!

  2. (Support) I am having a hard time understanding what's going on.

    So I am having a hard time understanding how I earn rewards points from purchases because what I'm earning and receiving just doesn't add it up with my purchase history. I'm constantly buying games and paying for digital content in the store but I feel as
    though I don't get much reward points back and I haven't gone up in the VIP rank in so long even though I have spent hundreds of dollars online!

    I have trouble receiving my rewards points I think I’m doing it the appropriate way through the my missions page. The most recent purchase was pre ordered digital copy Call of duty WW2 please help

    Hello Alkaline Joker,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.
    " (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
    as of July 2014.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We see that you have been Rewarded accurately. You may not have been aware that consumables and pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. Additionally, if you are wondering about your MyVIP payback for your Forza purchase last month, MyVIP payback is calculated
    as a monthly whole and awarded by midway through the following month. From the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    We see that you received Credit for the FREEdom Rewards offer. Please keep in mind that purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed.

    After reviewing your account, your purchase in February went towards the XOXO Rewards offer that was running that month. Since purchases can only be Rewarded once, that purchase went towards progressing that offer and not MyVIP payback. Since you did not
    complete that offer, you did not receive offer completion Credits. Regarding your purchases this month, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit

    Question about FIFA points

    Eggnogga - gamerscore has a little to do with the rewards program. Depending on how many gamerscore points you have, you receive some elevated rewards for various activities. The higher the gamerscore, the higher the add'l beneft. It's a nice addititive
    benefit to the larger program.

    As to the OP, don't think that FIFA purchases to EA count toward the rewards, it's only if you're buying from Microsoft, so things like digital games, renting or buying movies, etc.

    Hey I bought the digital version of GOW4 form Microsoftstore.com and never received my 10 $code

    Since that is an offer from microsoftstore.com, you would have to contact their customer support for assistance.

    As says, there is an offer to receive rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card, but that is only for physical disc purchases. Digital orders are not eligible.
    Actually my purchase was for digital and not a physical disc.
