I don't think Enforcement Team Understood. (Need Help " Have Proof" )

I got banned 3x. For one action. I didn't see my avatar upload ; so I continued closing out the window and re-uploading a avatar picture not knowingly I was getting a enforcement action for each time I pressed upload. The
bans went from just a warning to a 2 day ban to a 14 Day ban... In my enforcement history you can see that the enforcement actions were seconds to a minute apart. As you can see in the photo below.

Please , this isn't fair at all. I did wrong once ; not 3 times. The time is there on the screenshot. You can visually see I was just continuously pressing upload not realizing I was being banned for it. Plus the picture I was uploading wasn't any nudity
exposed. In any way there was no Male or Female features exposed. It wasn't any porn / nudity it was just a bad act. Please help.

Well according to the details on the report. I was reported by other players. ... for "modification". What mods? I don't know how to use them! So, he may have not been an xbl enforcement team member. But he sure did kept his promise with the abuse of reports.
Besides the fact...doesn't the enforcement team member needs proof of any mods used? I'm 100% sure he/she didn't have proof because I NEVER used any.

 

you seem to be confused on how the custom gamer picture works

You upload once and only once

Then you wait for approval

Uploading anymore counts as a separate instance for approval if it was denied the first time at a later time then it wouldn't be approved the other two times

If you filed for case review and it was upheld then there is nothing you can do

Also should be noted that a it's not just restricted to nudity but whatever is covered I. The terms of use

 

Yes I know that now ; since being banned from uploading many times. I was un-aware that it was getting denied .. it just wasn't showing so I thought it was not uploading correctly.

 

you have to wait for approval or denial it's never going to show instantly

 

Yes I know that now. I was new to the whole avatar changing. It was my first time even uploading a new avatar from the web.
