I Don't see messages from Xbox

I can't see the messages from Xbox Live, like a free codes. The conversation work on mobile application and computer but not on Xbox One console.

A couple days ago I got a $3 Xbox card. Today when I wanted to set it as my goal I did not see it. I did not see the $5 $3 or $10 Pls Help

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. Since that is a Microsoft Rewards issue, you would have to contact their support via their webpage for assistance.

I'm not sure what you mean by "free codes". However, if you are saying that Xbox Live messaging is working with your account on your mobile device and PC, but not on your Xbox. Then this could just be a minor issue with your account/profile not syncing with
the backend of the Xbox Live cloud. May I suggest deleting and "re-add" your account back to your Xbox to force everything to update.
Let us know if you continue to have problems with your Xbox Live messaging.

From what I understand they sent the codes to people via the Xbox message thing on the console. I don't recall seeing it but I could be wrong.

I am experiencing the same issue. I don't know when it started, but it is really annoying. I can message from my phone and can still message from my xbox, but it is much easier to message people from my computer. I hope they fix it soon, because I really
do like reading my messages from my computer and sending them too.
