    I dont really understand this, little help ?


    Right, i don't know if i'm just not grasping the concept here or if i'm just making a really obvious mistake but i'm asking anyway.

    On my 360, i OWN a digital copy of Bio shock infinite, don't need the disc or anything etc - but even though i recently found out its backwards compatible now, its not in my 'ready to install' bit on my Xbone. Other games i own the same way, like oblivion
    for example are just sitting there waiting but no bio shock. So i set up my old 360 again and well, its still there, still playable, but not on the Xbone. so i googled it and i SWEAR no matter how specific the question all i got was 'It'll be in the ready
    to install tab' which it isn't. One result mentioned the cloud, so i tried uploading the game and data to the cloud using my 360 but nope, apparently i cant do that. What i'm basically asking is, is that not how it works ? the Xbox one store didn't even say
    'download again' or anything to imply i own it, it just said 'buy'. Could someone please explain this a little better because i'm seriously gutted if i have to actually buy the remastered one when i already own it.

    well i have a larger issue now, i turned it on i cant do the system update so i dont know what do do is it like broken cause i havent had it long im worried and i need some help

    Hey Lokester58! Double check your
    My Games     section and make sure its listed there. If someone else on the 360 owns the game, that may explain why you are able to play it there but not see it in your ready to install section on the One. Post back and let me know how it goes!

    Huh, that's weird it actually isn't there - says i have burial at sea though, must be a friends profile on my xbox that owns it. Confusion cleared, thanks for the quick reply bud

    well i have the 4gb slim xbox so it only has i dont have a hard drive but i have a flashdrive 16gb i tried nthe steps with that works fine its 4gb that had issus when it said it couldnt find it

    As Miss Portia mentioned, you can find out version of the Xbox System Software you are currently using on your console by navigating to System Settings, Console Settings, then scrolling down to System Info. Just post the numbers you see after "Dashboard".



    In addition, have you tried carrying out the troubleshooting steps that Miss Kleo posted above? Please definitely take a look at the sticky article she posted and let us know if that helps resolve the problem. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
