I dont know why my Account was Communication Banned!

I was Playing online With my Siblings as we usually do and have for the past 7+ Years and I got A Message from Xbox Live Saying I have an Enforcement on my Account. (A two week Communication Ban) For what reason?! I demand to know why...

Why is my account suspended from communication?

I dont know why my account is communication banned because i dont even talk in game chat or send messages to people.

You were sent an email to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

I endured the exact same ban with no idea why other then other players abused the report option... I honestly feel this is a major reason why Xbox loses players to Playstation because this kind of anti-consumer attitude/action is ridiculous there needs to
be restrictions placed on the enforcement team just the same as there are on customers that would help resolve several issue like this from happening for no good reason I know a friend was wrongfully reported 13 times by another player my friend got a communication
ban because of it that other player that reported my friend 13 times spouted racist comments to my friend through messages & as far as I know my friend was banned while that racist person wasn't punished at all..... just saying the poor management of bans
& enforcement actions have gone on like this for way too long something needs to change & the wrongful bans need to be stopped just saying......

ngocphi & dave are right,phone support have nothing whatsoever to do with enforcement & would not be able to help.

Ummm customer support doesnt know any reasons for suspensions nor can they lift them

you need to post in the forums my account has been suspended likeoakly alan suggested

that mean that you where cheating or you had something on the profile that broke the terms of contract. if you did not then I would call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and have them do a invention on why that happen. hop this helps you out
