I don't know why im getting charged every month

I keep getting charged $9.99 monthly even though I cancelled my games pass ultimate subscription. I checked my different emails to see if they had a subscription but that wasn't the case. Does anyone know why this is happening

Please also check the other accounts you have downloaded on the console. You can identify if an account has a subscription by doing the steps below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Profile & System> Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Select the subscription that you want to manage.

If there is no account on the console that has the subscription, it will be considered a fraudulent charge. I would highly recommend contacting your bank to file a dispute for it. They should apply it right away on their end so that the money is refunded back to your payment method.

i have an xbox360 with a 2year payment plan were im being charged every month i have different gamertags but the one im getting charged every month is not letting me log in i clearded the cache 3 times multiple time i delete the gamer tage hold the power
button 10 seconds disconnect the power 30 seconds changed passwords changed what the avatar is wearing called xbox doing everything there telling me to checking the wifi everything work on other gamertages but not the one were im getting charged every month
they told me to explain my issues on here please help m

Im sorry, but this isn't a solution. I just wanted to let you know I'm having the EXACT same problem. Ive been trying to cancel mine for 4 months now. I just dont want to have to call them to do it, but it looks like im going to have too. Im getting charged
15$ every month, which is ridiculous. When I first signed up for it, it was $7.99, and I didnt even realize I was being charged $15 a month until almost 6 months later. If you find a solution, please let me know... :End Rant:

MS just want every penny they can get regardless of what their customer wants, if im paying £5 a month for their service i should be able to decide if i wanna watch ads or not. Isnt that why we pay a TV license? As BBC make no money from advertising they
charge a fee, very few services i know require you to pay a fee and have forced ads.

I don't get it though why do I need go update it? Didn't the credit charge the 12 months at once? Monthly?? Why is it suspended exactly 2 months?
