I don't know why I got suspended on three separate occasions

I have had my communication suspended three different times (though I was unaware I had even been previously suspended until I got an email about the third one). I am really worried that I might mess up (or already have) and get suspended again. I don't
want to lose my account. The only problem is that I have been offered no explanation as to why I was suspended on all three occasions. I am fully committed to making sure that I don't break any rules and repeat what I did in the past, so long as I know what
it was I did wrong.

One of the live chat support people said I should post here to resolve my question.

Suspended and I don't know why.

I am suspended from multiplayer and communication. Multiplayer for a week and communication for a month. I do not know what for or why it was so random because I haven't been online for a week then i get online and play some games and it pops up.

you can't the pet team doesn't look here they can only be reached at enforcement.xbox.com and the pet would never repeat violations of the terms of use as the rules also applies to them

You just have to keep it clean that's all

It's not rocket science

A game rating only affects game content not Online interactions which is ruled by the terms of use

It's real simple no cursing no harassment no sexual references even slurs or hidden words or even implied words

To echo ngocphi's comments. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
