    I don't know why I can't play my games


    so, I've had my Xbox one s for about 3 months now, with no problems. I have recently though but an external hard drive for it, as well as updated the console and downloaded dlc for fallout 4. Now, whenever I try to play a game, 1 of 3 things will happen.
    A notification will show up saying I haven't purchased it and I need to inject the disc. Or, the game will go to its main menu and crash, making this terrible buzzing sound. Or, I'll press play and it'll take 30+ minutes to load, and when it finally does,
    the game will crash and take me to the home screen.

    I don't know why

    Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    If that doesn't work contact support directly to see what is going on with your account. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Are you having trouble with multiplayer on other games you try as well? If so maybe there is a problem with your internet connection? Or maybe theres a problem with minecraft servers.

    maybe its because you dont have xbox live. Sometimes when i do have xbox live and i try to join my friends world it doesnt show them playing even when they are or sometimes it wont let me join.
