    Someone has been using my Xbox One account at least I believe that because every time I turn on my Console on my homepage there are games that I haven't even played cuz I'm at work can anybody help

    I'm with Virgin, using the Super Hub. As good as it sounds, I keep losing the damn connection. It's really putting me off playing Xbox. I don't know who's fault it is but it's sooooooo annoying!

    I wouldn't know, don't have the Xbox One yet =(. Don't think it is though, nobody has mentioned it, but I don't know anybody who's tried it either.

    Sorry to hear about what happened there, email is really important for us to recover the account and if you forget that, you may also try retrieving your log in email using an alternate email or phone through this link:

    https://account.live.com/username/recover

    Just a heads up, it will be very difficult to get the log in information if you only know the gamertag because what is important there is your email address that you use for that account.
