I don't know what wrong with my xbox

I don't know if this is a connection issues or an Xbox issues but for some reason recently when I try to play Xbox one games my game will freeze and then lag our shading connections lost. Even when I be in party's I will still be able to talk to my friends
but I would lost connections to the game. Example I would be able to play madden then the game will freeze for about 5-10 seconds and will keep going for 3-4 seconds and says connection lost to peers. I did a connection test for my network and multiplayer
and they both says my connection perfect. Could anyone help?

Are you saying that a music app on the Xbox One starts as soon as your headset is plugged in? What game are you playing?

Or are you saying that you are hearing radio stations in your headset while it is plugged into the controller? (That doesn't seem right... radio stations don't broadcast at 2.4 or 5.0 GHz bands, as far as I know.)

I bought the Xbox special issue of halo, my control came with input to the headset but every time I put the headset my control starts to play radio along with the game I'm playing.

How do I get out the radio of control?
