I made a gamer tag awhile ago on my sons xbox one, when I made it I used my outlook email, I purchased my own xbox one and when I logged into it my gamertag and all my progress is gone. I've contacted xbox support multiple times and they can't seem to find
the gamer tag I had. I contacted them today and they told me to see if I can find it it searching friends. weird that I found it and could be friends with my gamertag that I can't seem nor can xbox find. How is this possible? Please someone help! I'm losing
my mind lol!

I don't know what to do

So I bought halo wars 2 ultimate edition from the Microsoft store about three weeks before Christmas, knowing I wouldn't get halo wars 2 because it was a preorder but I do know I was soppse to get halo wars 1 definitive edition. I haven't gotten any notifications
or codes sent to my email or Xbox account about the code for it. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to get the code for it?

Hi,

Usually this kind of code ships to your xbox live messages directly or to your email a few weeks after you launch and play the purchased game once on the profile. So technically you should get the code after getting Halo Wars 2.

This is how it worked with Gears of War 4 and the free first games.

Should the terms and conditions (read the fine print) of your purchase state otherwise you might need to wait a bit still as they ususally roll out codes within specific delays and it is almost never instantly after purchase.

If you still feel something is wrong, contact Microsoft store support directly from their page!

I have tried everything on the troubleshooting page. Apparently the error code it keeps showing is in reference to an Xbox360, even though it is an Xbox one. I'm confused
