    hello my girlfreind lives with me and i bought a few games on my account and she got an xbox to play with me i put her down as a family member on my account and even installed a few games on her xbox with my account but it says she cant play them
    because apparently she doesnt own the game and i dont want to rebuy the games on her account. can anyone help?

    Phone Xbox customer support and explain the situation to them. Hopefully they can assist you in getting a replacement disc.

    Call around to your local video game stores and see if they have a resurfacing machine. The Play N Trade near me fixes discs for about $3.

    Put your account as xbox home, if you havent done this, do so. If you dont know how to do it, there is a YouTube tutorial.

    • Clear your system cache x2
    • Redownload your Profile on your Xbox
    • Try and sign in at xbox.com with your new profile
    • Try and make sure your information is valid on xbox.com>my account>Billing Information (Make sure you fill it out)
