    Wifi signal interference is most likely the cause of your issue. Have a look at the steps in this support page, Troubleshoot
    xbox one wireless connection    , especially Step 3 and Step 14 of the Wireless network troubleshooting section. You may find that repositioning the console may help. As mentioned above a ethernet wired connection to the console is superior to Wifi
    where interference is prevalent.
