    Hi,

    So, this started about 2 months ago. I would sign into xbox live and start playing online games with my friends and it just kept cutting out. I'd be logged in for 1-2 minutes, join a party and get kicked and join a game or get kicked. (Kicked out of live)

    This did my head in for quite a while, and I tried to tweet BT hoping they'd get back to me, and as always, they're pretty useless.

    So, I left it for a few days and came back to it, and it was working ok again. But it's been like this - on and off for 2 months. Sometimes it'll work and let me play, other times it won't and it kicks me straight off again. I have contacted both xbox support
    and BT on twitter but I've had no real help at all?! I don't know what to do and it's driving me crazy!

    Just now, I was just playing an online game solo and the connection was fine. Then I changed my game, tried to get online and talk to a friend and it signed me out twice. I came onto support and found this link, Xbox Live Not Working | Fix Xbox Live Connection Problems -
    so reset my factory settings. Now, I can't find my wireless network at all. But - it doesn't make sense. My laptop is RIGHT next to my tv on my desk, and it's connected to the internet perfectly fine. Thus, the problem must be with my xbox?

    Please help!! This is driving me insane! I just want to play games!

    Hello Rasmus... You mean you start to look up in shooter games? Could be the joystick get dameaged, can you tell us more details about it?

    Sorry to hear about the connection issue! Could you provide us with the specific BT device you are using? If the issue you're currently experiencing is that your Xbox 360 console won't detect WiFi, let's start by trying each and every step on our

    Provide us which BT device you are connecting to and post back the results of that wireless troubleshooter so we can help you get this issue sorted! I don't know what my problem is?! :)

    Hi,

    Usually this kind of code ships to your xbox live messages directly or to your email a few weeks after you launch and play the purchased game once on the profile. So technically you should get the code after getting Halo Wars 2.

    This is how it worked with Gears of War 4 and the free first games.

    Should the terms and conditions (read the fine print) of your purchase state otherwise you might need to wait a bit still as they ususally roll out codes within specific delays and it is almost never instantly after purchase.

    If you still feel something is wrong, contact Microsoft store support directly from their page!

    Well after trying everything and nothing happening, I finally gave up and decided to face the likely truth that maybe I just need to get a new Xbox. Then, it suddenly turned on and it was on the troubleshoot screen, after trying to get everything to how
    it originally was.. it was successful (or so I thought). Everything was super slow, it kept on crashing over and over, so I reopened the troubleshoot screen with surprisingly no issues and I just haven't been able to get it to work since. Bummer, but I'll
    live. I may just need to get a new Xbox and that's fine with me as long as there are not any too difficult of a task or anything along the way. I'm also starting to reconsider my console choice, not saying it was Microsoft's fault or anything, but I've just
