I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.

As you don't remember the account email used to migrate your account, I can advise you to fill the account recovery form, in that way you're going to submit a ticket with Microsoft account recovery team https://account.live.com/acsr

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.
Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.

I have fully access to my microsoft account but I suspect that during the time where the hacker was connected to my account, he unlinked my minecraft account and my microsoft account, if its even possible.
Since then, I have to connect to my microsoft account when Im on the minecraft Launcher, and whenever I'm connected, it seems to be with the wrong account, since it asks me to buy Minecraft.

One of the questions I had is : is it possible to know which email adress is linked to a Minecraft account's name ? My Minecraft name is Iokko (iokko, not Lokko)

Update: I don't know why, I don't know how, but for some bizzare reason that I couldn't WISH to explain I somehow logged into the Minecraft launcher with my microsoft account WITHOUT KNOWING ANY CREDENTIALS AT ALL!!!

I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS HAPPENED

I now have access to my Minecraft (NOT Microsoft) account without knowing the email or the password.
What do I do now???

Thank you for your help Kathy A. I did migrate my Mojang Account to a Microsoft Account(This Account that I am writing on). But I don't know what the Hacker did to have Minecraft Java Edition disappear on this account, but have it playable on another device. As far as I know it's not possible for the Minecraft Game to switch Microsoft Accounts once I already migrated it.
