    I don't know what is going on with my Account? Need Help!


    Ok so my account is still charging my credit card for xbox live I have auto renewal off but it still wont let me remove my card. It doesn't show up to remove payment option. Also when I go to turn off auto-renewal it says my account is still silver and the
    renewal date is the day after I look on my account. ei When I look at my account on 04/23/15, it says the renewal is on 04/24/15. I don't understand what is going on!

    Need help

    Hi I need my account reset. I was first prestige and went into an online match and then when I was in the match everyone was joking high and gaining xp and I didn't know what was going on and when I backed out I was 10th prestige and everything was unlocked.
    That's not cool and I don't wanna sit on here with nothing to do or anything to go for. Please reset my account. If you don't believe me I'm 10 prestige with only 5 days played and all of my prestige times say 10 seconds. My gt is:

    My suggestion would be to disconnect your network cable and leave it unplugged. Get use to playing offline. It's the only way to ensure that you're not being charged for services you've already paid for.

    Wow, well I'm not sure how it happened. But as long as you haven't used any mods or accepted any modded equipment, your not to blame. It must just be a glitch in the game.
