According to Xbox support:

"Important Xbox Support can't provide this info, even if you know your gamertag."

I have here methods that you can try to possibly locate the Microsoft email address that you may have used and then try recovering them.

If you can also check all Microsoft accounts that you previously used that would be great.

If you don't have an Xbox console we can try other methods such as checking your other devices (Laptop, PC, or mobile device) where you may have signed in before.

Please check all Microsoft accounts that you own and sign in to https://account.xbox.com/profile to locate the correct Microsoft account because according to Xbox support:

When i play games on my xbox one my screen always goes up for no reason and it's very frustrating when i play games that i need to be good at aiming. I don't know if you can do something but if you can please answer.
