    I don’t know if this is the right place but,


    Hi, i have been having trouble opening minecraft on my new nintendo 3ds, it says “for help with minecraft: new nintendo 3DS Edition, please visit xbox.com/support. Select games, select minecraft” i didnt see that so i went here to ask my question. I have
    tried to get a new cartridge and that did nothing. I asked an employee at EB games for help with my game. (Before the virus) and they didn’t know what to do. So i came here as a last resort. If you have had this happen to you as well and you’ve fixed it, PLEASE
    HELP. and the weirdest part, is that it worked before, and then all of a sudden it just stopped working. What happens is i click Minecraft and it loads in and does what it normally does, and it gets to the part where it has the MOJANG title,
    and then it just goes back to the home screen and says “an error has occurred, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart. (Unsaved data may be lost)” and then my system restarts and it does that
    ONLY when i try to open minecraft. So if you know how to fix this without doing a factory reset, please let me know.

    This is definitely not the right place as a Nintendo 3DS game has nothing related to Xbox.

    As Vincent mentioned you'll have to contact xbox support, chances are slim though. It took you 8 months to realize your account had been compromised?

    I have a question. Was this GT of yours an old GT that you used to use but changed to a different GT at some point? Once a person changes their GT to something else, that old tag is then usable by whomever changes their GT to it. I'm just wondering if you
    changed your GT at some point and that person was able to change his name to it at some point.

    If not, if your account was actually stolen, please contact support right away.

    Try contacting Xbox Support you will need to prove you are the owner is it possible that it may of been reset back in 2011 from not using it in so long sorry if i read it wrong
