    So my problem is that im trying to buy a dlc on the xbox one for 'left 4 dead 2' and everytime i try to buy it (using microsoft usd). It keeps saying "prenium is locked on this account". How do i fix this?

    Hi Scrubbz

    You usually see this error if you try to purchase content on a child's account. You will need to speak to an adult in the family group to lift the restriction or purchase it for you.

    Hello, this usually happens because of restrictions on your cont, checked family settings and privacy for the child account.

    Go to "Settings" and then "Privacy" and unblock anything under Content and unblock Partner Marketing.

    The big issue is that at this point I'm publishing this to Live is in maintenance for purchases so the ideal would be to check the settings and wait for Live to return to normality to test the purchase again.

    NOTE: If the item is from the 360 store you will have to make the purchase by credit card, account balance will only be able to buy something from 360 if you make the purchase from an Xbox 360.
