    I DON'T KNOW IF THIS COUNTS AS AN ACCESSORIES BUT I NEED URGENT HELP


    I have a Turtle Beach X32's and I was changing the batteries and then when I hold the button to turn it on again I couldn't hear game volume. I know the speakers work because I can hear my friends talking in a party but if you know this headset, you get
    a wireless receiver thing with a blue light that is solid when you are connected and pulses when you need to connect. It won't stop pulsing and I've turned off my console, unplugged it, pressed the pair button and turned the headset on and off and check the
    batteries. Nothing is fixing this. I'm sorry if this isn't meant for the Xbox.com forums but I didn't know where else to go I am just a little worried imma have to spend money on a new one and Turtle beach is an Xbox favorite so I hope someone who knows how
    to fix this. PLEASE HELP ME SOON.

    I really don't know if this should go in this forum but

    I'm not able to send messages to my friends and it keeps telling me to go the Xbox support website and I did however it didn't solve my problem. Can anyone help me?

    I don't remember my email and password for one of my gamertags.

    I need urgent help. I have sold my xbox and deleted the accounts. I don't know a clue what my gamer tag was or the email address linked to it. But my xbox live is still active and I cannot cancel it. How can I get around this ???

    Really, take the batteries out for a few hours, pop them back in. If it's still doing that then contact Turtle Beach directly. (Google.)
