    I don't know if my One Purchase = One Star offer is working/updating


    So I was told to make a post on here about my concern.

    Basically, This offer allows me to spend £60 on the xbox store in the month of February to receive my next VIP star rank. I've currently spent more than the required amount, and made sure that I have spent £60 or over on eligible content for the offer, yet
    its been over a week since my last purchase and it still hasnt updated past the £0 mark

    I would just like Xbox to look into this to make sure its all working as I was so close to this star last year and its a struggle to start over again from 0%

    updating the billing info, or adding a credit card if they don't have one setup and has been working.

    Support will double check everything, but keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
    A lot of those purchases were not eligible for any offers.
    agree but with the quantities of purchases i make and the length of time i have been enrolled i'm certain my level was at least one star

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July
    1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    There generally are no offers for hardware purchases except for the current offer to upgrade from a One to a One S.

    Your purchase will go towards that offer. However, there is currently a bug that is causing the tracking for the extra star offer to not update properly, and we are investigating. Once this problem is resolved, you should see this purchase go towards the
