I don't know how to connect my xbox one controller to my computer for Java Edition Minecraft.

do you actually read the issue in hand or do you just make it up as you go along.

java version on pc does not natively use controller, you could add the game into steam and launch from there this will open the launcher as normal but you can then use a controller.

Xbox user interface confused me since I never had to use it before. Minecraft: Java Edition (and more) is in fact in my library there!
I suspect the problem might be with changing "Java edition" to "Java And Bedrock" on Minecraft.net but i don't know.

The problem itself is with "We were unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection." in the Minecraft Launcher. I do not know how this verification is done so i don't even know who to contact.

I tried this fix, unfortunately after logging out and restarting my computer my Minecraft Java Edition Launcher still said that I didn't buy the game and that I could only play the Demo version of Minecraft Java. Do you know another fix ?
