    Yes youll be able to play it on your Xbox.

    The game is a "Play Anywhere" title, that means it doesn't matter if you buy it on Xbox or on PC (through the Microsoft store) you'll be able to play it on either PC or Xbox, and your save will transfer from system to system.

    Unfortunately Microsoft don't add any more game backwards compatible. About Saints Row 2 i think it's already compatible.
